This Istrian house is surrounded by a spacious garden full of Mediterranean plants. The house is only 30 metres from the sea. Around the property there is a pine forest and a garden with a sea view. From the house and the garden you can enjoy the view of the sea and feel the summer breeze on two covered terraces. The living room was built and furnished as a real traditional Istrian “konoba” – a place where family and friends gather around the fireplace and taste wine and prosciutto. The house has a kitchen and a bathroom. Two people can sleep in one room, which has two separate beds – they can be joined into one double bed. The other two people will sleep on the sofa, a sofa that can quickly be converted into a double bed. The whole house is on the ground floor, so access is easy for the whole family. In the summer months, the living room is the large covered terrace next to the house. The terrace is made of wooden beams and is in the shade during the day. Here you can read books, play games and, of course, have breakfast, lunch and dinner.
